ACS Environmental Services, Inc. is a full service environmental consulting company founded in 1987. We have been providing a full range of services such as Asbestos Testing and Investigations including ACP 5 Reports, Asbestos Abatement Third Party Project Air Monitoring, Indoor Air Quality Surveys, Lead Paint Testing and Inspections using XRF Technology, Post Abatement Lead Dust Wipe Clearance Testing, Water Testing and Mold Investigations. Our consulting services also include Abatement Project Designing and Management Planning, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). We can assist you with Lead-Based Paint (LBP) Violations issued to owners by the City of New York Housing and Preservation Development (NYC HPD) and Orders to Abatement rendered by the City of New York Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC DOHMH).
